Orders, Fitment, and Availability

Performance parts often depend on exact year, model, trim, engine, transmission, tune, emissions configuration, supporting modifications, and intended use. Customers are responsible for providing accurate vehicle and build information before purchase.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. TBK Motorsports may accept, decline, correct, cancel, or refund an order when a product is unavailable, mispriced, incorrectly described, not suitable for the stated fitment, restricted by a supplier, or otherwise cannot be fulfilled as listed.

Some orders may require stock, fitment, special-order, or build-plan verification before fulfillment. TBK Motorsports may contact the customer to confirm availability, lead time, shipping method, supporting parts, installation requirements, or vehicle details before proceeding.

Payment Authorization

For certain high-value, special-order, limited-availability, or supplier-confirmed items, TBK Motorsports may authorize payment before final capture so availability can be confirmed before funds are collected. Payment authorization, capture timing, void timing, and refund timing may also be controlled by Shopify, Shop Pay, credit-card networks, and payment-provider rules.

If an item cannot be fulfilled, TBK Motorsports may void the authorization, cancel the order, issue a refund, or contact the customer with replacement options.

Shipping and Lead Times

TBK Motorsports ships performance parts from our shop, manufacturers, and approved distributors. Inventory, supplier availability, and lead times can change quickly, so shipping dates shown online are estimates and are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing by TBK Motorsports.

Some parts are direct-shipped by the manufacturer or distributor. Freight, oversized, custom, and special-order items may require extra handling time, signature delivery, freight coordination, or a business delivery address.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and correct shipping address. Carrier delays, weather delays, supplier delays, customs processing, and delivery exceptions are outside TBK Motorsports' control.

Please inspect all shipments immediately. Damage, shortage, or wrong-item claims must be reported to TBK Motorsports within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and any damage. Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.

Shipping charges are not refundable once an order has shipped unless TBK Motorsports confirms an error on our side. Contact us before ordering if you need a firm lead-time estimate for a time-sensitive build.

Returns and Refunds

Return requests must be started by contacting TBK Motorsports at tbkmotorsport@gmail.com or 561-451-5387. Items sent back without written return authorization will not be accepted.

Eligible returns generally must be requested within 30 days of delivery and must be new, unused, uninstalled, unmodified, undamaged, and in original packaging with all hardware, manuals, and accessories included. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless TBK Motorsports confirms that we shipped the wrong item.

Special-order, custom-order, made-to-order, electrical, tuning, software, ECU/TCU unlock, fuel system, turbo kit, forced-induction, opened, installed, used, clearance, final-sale, and manufacturer-restricted items may be non-returnable. Supplier and manufacturer return rules may be stricter than TBK Motorsports' general policy.

Approved returns may be subject to supplier restocking fees, payment processing limitations, original shipping charges, return shipping charges, and inspection. Refunds are issued only after the product is received, inspected, and approved by TBK Motorsports or the applicable supplier/manufacturer.

Warranty

Manufacturer warranties are handled according to each manufacturer or supplier policy. Warranty coverage does not normally include labor, tuning time, dyno time, fluids, shipping, incidental damage, vehicle downtime, race/event costs, misuse, incorrect installation, racing damage, or damage caused by supporting modifications unless the manufacturer confirms otherwise in writing.

TBK Motorsports will help customers document and submit warranty requests when possible, but final approval is determined by the manufacturer or supplier.

TBK Motorsports sells performance parts, tuning products, wheels, aero components, and build-planning services for enthusiast and exotic vehicles. Some products may be intended for off-road, racing, competition, or show use only and may not be legal for use on public roads or emissions-controlled vehicles.

The customer is responsible for confirming compliance with federal, state, and local laws, emissions regulations, inspection rules, insurance requirements, and vehicle warranty requirements before purchasing, installing, or using any product.

High-performance parts, tuning, forced induction, fuel system upgrades, drivetrain upgrades, suspension modifications, and motorsport use can affect safety, reliability, drivability, emissions compliance, insurance coverage, and factory or aftermarket warranties. Professional installation, calibration, inspection, and maintenance may be required.

Product names, brand names, vehicle names, photos, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification, fitment, and supplier-authorized sales reference. TBK Motorsports is independent unless a manufacturer or distributor relationship is specifically stated.
